About Us

Born in Barcelona, Marcos is a London based film and TV composer. Classically trained, he is an awarded composer as well as a versatile producer, arranger and orchestrator.
His music has been reviewed by critics as colourful, arresting, approachable and interesting in the fussion of different art forms.

He has scored many types of films and screen projects by Spanish and British producers, including participations at many European film festivals. His work experience includes composition and arrangements not only for media but also for theatre, dance, opera, musicals and multidisciplinary productions, with more than twenty awards around Europe.

He has been tough from an early age by the established Spanish film composer Arnau Bataller and later by Joseph Horovitz and Howard Davidson. During his time in Scotland, he also took personal guidance from Craig Armstrong (The Incredible Hulk, Moulin Rouge) and Patrick Doyle (Harry Potter) and pursued an interest in integrating Celtic folk music within other art forms and musical languages. He has also received master-classes by Howard Shore (The Lord of The Rings), Debbie Wiseman and Jeni Muskett.
